Twisters Dive Team

Our 2010 season is winding down.  Morgan is representing our team at the meet this weekend, and Bob is her coach.  There is no practice this Sat. 

Usually our month ends on the last Thursday of the month, but there will be a make up practice on Sat, July 31 for those of you who work out on Saturdays. 

Thursday, July 29 will be our last regular night of practice and it will be our annual Family Dive Meet.  I have attached info and will send a reminder before the event.  It is usually a really fun time and there is a gift certificate for first place.  Please bring your family members!

We usually don't practice in Aug and Sept but there has been interest the last two years to continue to hold work outs.  Mary is willing to coach on Tues or Thur nights, 2 hours a week during these two months.  However, I need at least 4 divers to make it worth our while.  Please send $120 by the end of this month.  If I don't get payment from 4 divers then I will cancel the work outs and return your check.  I am going to arbitrarily decide to hold work outs on Thursday nights in Aug and Sept unless I hear otherwise from you. 

Our new season will start Oct 1, but the new AAU season starts Sept 1.  Everyone will need to register as an athlete in Aug if you are practicing in the Aug/Sept session; or register in Sept if you plan to resume practice in Oct.  I will send our team AAU number to you once I register our team.
